FTE Code of
Ethics & Conduct
In 2022, a group of FTE volunteers began working to establish FTE’s Ethics Committee.
You might be wondering, “Why would FTE need an ethics committee?” As a 501c3 non-profit, FTE plays a pivotal role in providing arts, culture and volunteer opportunities in our community. As such, our ability to provide quality theatre productions depends upon the ethical conduct of the organization, and its volunteers. The purpose of the committee is to ensure that FTE’s ethical principles are being upheld.
FTE stands by the following ethical principles:
1. Respect - Due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights and property of fellow volunteers.
2. Integrity- Being honest, dependable and accountable.
3. Teamwork - Work together to ensure successful events and productions in a safe environment.
For those planning to volunteer for any FTE production, you must read and sign the Code of Ethics (CoE), located below.
